Why We Use Sound-Integrated Activities as Homework

We assign sound-integrated activities as homework to give students additional practice in identifying letters and to help them develop strong auditory memory of each letter’s correct pronunciation. These activities reinforce what was taught during the lesson and give students the chance to hear and recognize the letter sounds repeatedly in a focused and independent setting.

At the same time, these activities introduce an element of fun and motivation through the game challenge and friendly competition. The leaderboard displayed at the end of each game encourages students to stay engaged and try their best, while their performance is automatically recorded in the results link—making it easy for teachers to track progress and celebrate students’ achievements.
